Loading and Unloading

The primary objective is to ensure that your motorcycle is securely fastened to the ramp and can be transported without injury to you or any damage to the bike, ramp, or cargo vehicle.

Loading

The vehicle should be on a level surface to safely load your motorcycle onto the ramp. The wheel chock should be locked using "Z"-Latches, and the front of the bike should be strapped down to the "T"-Bar. Before pulling the bike up the ramp, the "Z"-Latches should be unlocked and double-checked. After loading, the slide ramp should be locked with the base ramp using threaded hand locks, and additional tie-downs should be added from the bike to the ramp or vehicle. These steps ensure that the bike is securely fastened to the ramp and can be safely transported without damaging the bike, ramp, or cargo vehicle.

Unloading

The cargo vehicle should be on a level surface to safely unload your motorcycle from the ramp. Additional tie-downs from the bike to the ramp or cargo vehicle should be removed. The slide ramp should be unlocked from the base ramp using threaded hand locks, and the ramp should be pulled back until fully extended. The straps should be unwound, and the bike should be pulled down the ramp to the ground, ensuring the bike's back tire does not ride up onto the edge of the aluminum rails. The bike's front tire should then be pulled out of the wheel chock.
